February 24, 2009 - This summer Sonny stars in Our Child Is Missing, an inspirational true story about how a rural community rallies around a distraught family to search for their missing two year old boy and by doing so changes the lives of many of those involved. Dean Cain (Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman) also stars in this family drama that includes themes of loss, spiritual transformation, healing and a message to not take God or family for granted.

January 4, 2009 - We've added another great clip in the "MEDIA" section of Sonny when he appeared on an episode of TNN's Primetime Country hosted by Tom Wopat (Luke Duke) himself!

January 1, 2009 - Happy New Year Folks!!! We have just added a comical scene with Sonny from the 1974 smash hit "The Longest Yard" starring Burt Reynolds, and Eddie Albert, located in the "MEDIA" section of the site!

November 6, 2008 - Saturday, November 8th Sonny will make a special appearance at the car show being held at the Seneca, South Carolina Wal-mart from 9am - 4pm! Also appearing with Sonny will be the Hazzard County Stunt Team! Plus other surprises. All to benefit 6 year old Clay Dickson who has brain cancer. Come on out to support your fight against cancer and make this young man's dream come true!

Sonny Shroyer and his family are very sadden by the passing of long time friend Jerry Reed.

In the 70's Sonny co-starred in two notable films with Jerry, "Gator" and also the 1977 blockbuster "Smokey and the Bandit." In which Sonny had the honor of playing a motor cycle cop that pulled Jerry Reed's character "Snowman" over for going 96 MPH!

Jerry will be sorely missed, our prayers are with his family. God Bless.

August 8, 2008 - ATTENTION DUKES OF HAZZARD FANS!! COMING TO HELEN, GA on SATURDAY, AUGUST 16, 2008, it's "HAZZARD IN THE HILLS"!!!

The event will be fun for the entire family as this event will include a parade and car show featuring GENERAL LEE replicas, HAZZARD COUNTY SHERIFF CAR replicas, and other replicated vehicles from 'THE DUKES of HAZZARD.'

Both, the parade and the car show will also be open to all other classic cars, trucks, or motorcycles that would like to participate. Registration is FREE and will begin at 1:30pm!!

There will be a "Daisy Duke" look-a-like contest, as well as a screening of an original episode of the classic show that rocked television on Friday nights during the 1980's..'The Dukes of Hazzard'!!!

Also, "Possum on a Gumbush!!!"... Actor SONNY SHROYER, who portrayed Hazzard County's good-hearted "Deputy Enos Strate", will be making a personal appearance at the event as he will meeting fans and signing autographs throughout the day!!

In addition Warner Bros. chief mechanic/HAZZARD COUNTY STUNT TEAM member, TOM SARMENTO, will also be making a personal appearance at the event and will be meeting fans and signing autographs and answering all kinds of questions about the infamous GENERAL LEE!!!

August 4, 2008 - Now many of you fans may not know this... but John "Bo Duke" Schneider was not the first to star in a syndicated television adaptation of Superman, in fact Sonny guest starred back in 1988 in Episode 15 of the first season of Superboy called The Invisible People. July 2, 2008 - DUKEFEST was a GREAT SUCCESS! Check out the General Lee Jump!
 

June 21, 2008 - Lots of new videos in the "MEDIA" section along with a new appearance on August 16, 2008 9 am in Helen, Georgia where Sonny will be riding along as the Grand Marshall of the Helen Town Parade! Then after lunch at 1 pm there will be an autograph and photo session with Sonny until roughly 5 pm. After that there will be a cruise in along main street until dark.

June 3, 2008 - In Wausau, Wisconsin Saturday July 12, 2008 at a Wisconsin Woodchucks Baseball Team's home game, Sonny will be throwing out the first pitch, and then signing autographs. See you there!

May 10, 2008 - Personally autographed photos of Sonny are now available in the "AUTOGRAPH" section of the site! Make sure you check the store often for new merchandise and photos as they become available!

April 14, 2008 - THIS JUNE 10th! What's more fun than 10 in the tank and four on the floor? Tom Wopat, John Schneider, Catherine Bach and more of your Dukes of Hazzard favorites together again!

In Reunion!, folks come home to Hazzard and discover a plot to turn Hazzard Swamp into a theme park...leaving the swamp critters high and dry. Before you can say wait a durn minute, the cousins are back in the General Lee, tearing up the roads to stop the nefarious scheme.

Then they head west for Hazzard in Hollywood and a big-time recording deal. It turns out the deal includes a Russian mobster, a sultry songstress from the 'hood, and a beautiful blonde vice'mayor with the hots for Enos.

Double the Dukes - double the down home fun!
