Jenny, a college freshman, works with her beautiful classmates at Miss Johnson's (played by Debbie Rochon) bikini car wash to earn tuition money. After a long day of washing cars in their bikinis, the coeds decide to have a year-end party and a séance. This ritual accidentally brings back the infamous Chef Death, a serial killer known for using culinary-themed one-liners and a meat cleaver. The killer soon finds the girls at their party, and a comedic, low-budget "blood bath" begins as he slays the partygoers one by one, leading to a final confrontation.
