Saloonatics is a movie directed by John Russo, it was later retitled The Mob Boss and the Soul Singer. Plot: When soul singer Chuck Corby and his band Quiet Storm run afoul of a Mafia wannabe who's dying of cancer (Sammartino), we're off on a zany rollercoaster ride with hammer-wielding thugs, a cheating wife (Rochon) and a gun-happy killer lurking behind every hairpin curve. Classic soul singing mixed with howling belly laughs. Also stars the late wrestling legend Bruno Sammartino.
